These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website www.insuredost.com (the “Site”), operated by Pinakin Insurance Brokers Private Limited under the InsureDost brand (“we”, “us”), an insurance broker licensed by IRDAI (Licence No. 1172). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About our role
We act as an insurance broker — we help you compare and choose insurance across insurers and assist you with your policy and claims. We do not underwrite insurance. The acceptance of any proposal and the issuance of a policy are at the sole discretion of the relevant insurer, and are governed by that insurer's policy terms, conditions and exclusions.
2. Use of the Site
- You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us.
- You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.
- You are responsible for the information you submit through the Site.
3. No guarantee; information is indicative
Content on the Site (including product descriptions) is for general information and is indicative only. It is not an offer, a quote, or advice specific to you, and does not guarantee cover, price, or a claim outcome. Actual cover is governed by the policy documents issued by the insurer. Please read those documents carefully before concluding a purchase.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design and marks are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our permission, except as permitted for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, insurers or regulators). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your rights as a policyholder under a policy you hold.
7. Privacy

8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and the grievance/ombudsman mechanisms available to policyholders, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
